• Build First, Pay Later: We design and build your website before charging any fees
• Monthly Subscription: Payment begins only when your website is live and approved
• Hosting & Maintenance: All packages include website hosting, SSL certificates, and technical support
• No Lock-In: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice

3. Service Packages & Pricing

We offer various service packages starting from £20/month. Each package includes specific features as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Payment Terms: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Initial payment is due upon website approval and launch. Subsequent payments are automatically processed on the same date each month.

4. Website Development Process

Timeline

Standard website delivery is 2-3 weeks from questionnaire completion. Complex projects may require additional time.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions during the initial build phase until you approve the website. Once live, minor content updates are included in your monthly subscription. Major redesigns may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and information required for website development in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for creating and hosting your website.

Our Work

Website design, code, and structure created by us remain our intellectual property while you subscribe to our services. Upon service termination, you may export your content, but the design and code remain our property.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@freewebsitescompany.com. Your website will remain live until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you're unsatisfied during the initial build phase (before launch), you may cancel at no cost.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal use of our services.

7. Website Hosting & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• Third-party service failures
• DDoS attacks or security incidents
• Force majeure events

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Any illegal activity or content
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Adult content or illegal gambling
• Sending spam or unsolicited emails
• Excessive resource usage that affects other customers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Websites Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Websites Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers (payment processors, analytics, email services). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or terms.

We perform regular backups of your website. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not liable for data loss.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law
